Connect the repeat work. Keep people in control.
For teams moving the same information between forms, spreadsheets, messages and business tools. I connect a defined workflow, make its status visible and leave a clear route for human review.
A useful first project has one clear trigger, an agreed output and a person who can take over when something needs judgment.
Is this the right starting point?
Choose one recurring task and show how it works today. We review its inputs, exceptions and permissions before choosing the implementation.
- People repeatedly copy and format the same information.
- A customer request loses context between tools or team members.
- An AI experiment works once but has no reliable review or handover path.
The work we can put in scope.
The final scope, dependencies and acceptance checks are agreed before work starts.
Defined work. Clear handover.
- A map of the selected process, inputs, owners and output.
- Connections to the systems and APIs agreed in the scope.
- Structured extraction, drafting or knowledge lookup where useful.
- Visible task states, error handling and human review points.
- Operating notes, access handover and checks using representative inputs.
A few practical questions.
Do we need to replace all our current tools?
Not necessarily. We first check the tools and access you already have, then agree what needs to be connected or changed.
Will AI automatically send customer messages?
Only if that behavior is explicitly included and authorized. Workflows can prepare drafts and route them to a person for review before any external action.
Can you promise a percentage of time saved?
A saving can only be supported after measuring the existing process and observing the new one. The project defines what to measure instead of inventing a result.
Start with one useful change.
