Client intake & service workflow

Accident details, signatures, photographs and review work needed a coherent path. Mobile customers needed to complete the request and understand what came next.
The delivered workflow included a bilingual brand site, mobile claim form, licence OCR assistance, protected damage evidence, status tracking, an admin gallery and English PDF output. OCR assists with input; people retain responsibility for review and decisions.
The delivery record includes a public TEST claim through submission, tracking, admin review and PDF output. This is a technical journey check, not a claim about the number of real customers or claims outcomes.
The project demonstrates connecting a customer-facing form to the operational work behind it. The same design questions apply to other service teams collecting documents, reviewing information and communicating status.
The screenshot shows the public interface at its capture date. It does not expose a client account, private evidence, claim decisions or commercial performance. No revenue or time-saving figure is claimed.
